At Xyro Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- If you wish to return a product for reasons other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The return request is made after the return window has expired.
- The product was damaged due to improper use or installation.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or missing parts.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 –10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer replacements only for products that are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly delivered
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Our mistake (wrong product)
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping damage
Xyro Cart will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the returned product. Restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
